Fluffy Pancakes

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 2 Tbsps Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsps White Sugar
  • 2 Tbsps Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Bottle Syrup
  • 1 Package Spreadable Butter


  • Preheat electric griddle to 400° F
  • Combine flour, milk, baking powder, white sugar, vegetable oil and egg in large bowl
  • Whisk until batter is smooth, some lumps are ok
  • Ladle batter onto heated griddle, size of pancake is up to you
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes (top of pancakes will begin to bubble)
  • When bubbling slows and edges begin to dry out, flip with spatula and cook for another 1-2 minutes, the cooked side should be a light to medium brown
  • Remove from griddle and serve with spreadable butter and syrup
