  • 1 Box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Can Cream Corn
  • 1 Can Kernel Corn

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until blended
  • Pour into a shallow two quart baking dish
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes

Notes

  • The dish is done when top edges of pudding start to brown and slightly pull away from sides of dish
