- 1 Box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Can Cream Corn
- 1 Can Kernel Corn
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until blended
- Pour into a shallow two quart baking dish
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes
Notes
- The dish is done when top edges of pudding start to brown and slightly pull away from sides of dish
